These would be to replace some old Magura Julies on a 26" Marin full sus. Will tge 180 front be compatible? If not can I run these with a 160mm front rotor? If so, can you supply one too? 6 bolt. Do these come with post mount to IS adapters? Many thanks.
They are a standard psot moutn style fitting, they shoudl suit any bike with any size rotor with the correct mount. I'm not sure how your bike is setup exactly. The kit does only come with the rotor sizes as supplied.

What is the pcd of the disc mounting holes on the 160mm disc please? also what are the hole centres for the caliper mounting?
The discs are a standard 6 bolt fitting which is 44mm BCD. The calliper is a normal post mount fitting which is 74mm across the bolts.
