Delivery & Returns
*Orders must be placed before 15:00 (Monday to Friday) to qualify. Full tracked with SMS and email updates.
*On all orders. Approx 2 - 3 working days for delivery using Royal Mail.
*Approx 5 - 25 working days for delivery using tracked Airmail Services
*USA & Canada 1 - 2 working days. Other countries 2 - 4 working days.
We send all orders as quickly as we can which is normally the same working day if ordered before 3pm - Monday to Friday. We do not weekend postal collections. Small packages are sent using Royal Mail First Class, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery for higher value items. Bulkier items like Wheels, Frames and Home Trainers are sent with one of our couriers either DPD or DHL. All orders are fully insured and most will require a signature on delivery. Standard delivery is 1-2 working days.
We offer an optional Next Working Day Delivery service for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the size and weight of the item and your postal location we send with Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm our Courier DPD or DHL on their 24 hour service. Remote Highland and Island locations may not be garuanteed next working day.
International shipping rates are calculated by the weight and value of the items and the country they are being shipped to. To get a shipping quote just add the items to your basket and use the Shipping Estimator at the bottom of the basket page to calculate the shipping rates to your country. Depending on weight and value of your order we send with Royal Mail Standard Airmail, Signed For or Tracked service. Standard delivery time is 5-15 working days for most European countries and 5-25 working days for most other countries.
We offer DHL Express as a much quicker delivery option for Europe, US and Worldwide. Most of Europe and USA is 1-2 working day delivery. Other countries 2-4 working days.
Postage / Shipping Rates
Postage rates are calculated by the weight and value of the items in your shopping basket and the location they are being posted to. Follow the checkout process to Step 4 after you have logged in and selected your postage location the shipping will be displayed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging.
We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs. If the return is due to HighonBikes.com making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us. You should inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery with 3 days of recieving it so we can make the appropriate claims. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
Also we recommend using a recorded delivery and insurance for valuable items. HighonBikes.com is not responsible for returns that never make it back to us.
