Ordering
Ordering from HighonBikes.com is very easy simply find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment system. You will recieve an email confirming your order and a payment confirmation email. A final email will be sent when your items have been despatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative.
We aim to despatch all orders the same day or within 48 hours of reciept of the order. Orders recieved from a Friday after 2pm to Sunday will be despatched on the next working day.
International Ordering & VAT
Here at HighonBikes we can ship to just about anywhere in the world. You can change your currency using the flags at the top of the site between UK GBP, US Dollars, EU Euros and AUS Australian Dollars. All prices are displayed including VAT and excluding VAT. All UK and E.U. countries pay VAT.
Countries outside of the E.U. do not pay the VAT and you will see this deducted during checkout once you have specified your billing and shipping country then the VAT will be deducted from your order.
VAT is the UK Value Added Tax which is added to just about everything sold in the UK at a rate of 17.5%.
UK Postage
Small packages are sent using Royal Mail First Class or Second Class parcel post. Bigger and higher value orders are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier. All orders are fully insured and most will require a signature on delivery.
International Postage
Smaller low value Items are sent Royal Mail Airmail with higher value orders being sent International Signed For or Airsure. Large orders will be sent with Parcel Force or other courier service. All orders are fully insured and most will require a signature on delivery.
Postage / Shipping Rates
Postage rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping basket and the location they are being posted to. Follow the checkout process to Step 4 after you have logged in and selected your postage location the shipping will be displayed.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs.
If the return is due to HighonBikes.com making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs.
If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us. You should inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery with 3 days of recieving it so we can make the appropriate claims.
If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Also we recommend using a recorded delivery and insurance for valuable items.
HighonBikes.com is not responsible for returns that never make it back to us.
